What can I upload?
Word documents (.docx) up to 10MB, one at a time.
Is this the same as my school's checker?
No. Plagino runs its own detector against open academic sources. It shows you what an automated check tends to flag, but scores will not match any particular institution's tool.
How accurate is AI detection?
It is an estimate, and every detector on the market produces false positives and false negatives. Treat a high score as a prompt to reread a passage, not as proof of anything.
What happens to my documents?
Files stay in your account so you can reopen a report later, and you can delete any of them from your dashboard at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
How many scans do I get?
The free plan includes 3 scans per month. Pro raises that to 20 per day.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes — manage or cancel your subscription from Settings whenever you like. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
